Is there any way to adjust the week starting day for purposes of this particular table statistic? Such that "This Week" sales start Saturday and end Friday.

We ship Monday through Friday, all order from Friday afternoon through Sunday night ship Monday. So frankly after cut off on Friday starts our next week.
