Telerik version and license question

I am new to nopCommerce and I want to know

1 - which version of the Telerik control does nopCommerce uses.
2 - will I be able to call and use these Telerik controls?

1. nopCommerce 2.65 uses 2012.1.214
2. Yes. Just reference the scripts resides in ~/Scripts/2012.2.214

Be aware that this version does have differences to the current version of Telerik.  The two do have some differences that are annoying, like selections within the grid.
