Note: Arvixe VPS servers are not NET 4.5 Capable for Version 2.70

I just got off of support with Arvixe trying to find out if my VPS server would be able to handle version 2.70 with NET 4.5...

It seems the 'shared' hosting solutions are 4.5 compatible, but the "VPSClass" accounts are NOT 4.5 compatible at this point.

And they have no ETA for when they will be updating the servers.
