Dutch frontend, store, English backend, administration

What's the best way for attaining this?

I want my public store to always be presented in the Dutch language, the user cannot change this. The backend/administration part I want to leave in English. How would you guys do this?

Use English as the only language and change the store language strings to the Dutch language
