"Go to Chart" and "Checkout button" in the Shopping Chart

There is no "Go to Chart" and "Checkout" button in my Shopping Chart when I want to checkout the chart I had added in the home page in Nopcommerce. Any idea about it?

I found the problem was I deleted the nopcommerce database that created by itself in my SQL Server Studio Management and I just re-install it. Thank you.

I had the same problem.  In my case it was because the sub-total in my cart did not satisfy the minimum requirement set in the Order settings.  This could be really confusing to a customer since no message is displayed in the mini cart.
