Smartstore violates nopCommerce license terms!!! Let's discuss

Now i don`t understand anything. I want to use Nop, because i don`t want to make angry with nobody, however, I have read the judgment and have shown it also my lawyer, and there is, that smartstore doesn`t offend against Nop licence. The court has only assert on the page 9 that smartstore offend against the GPLv3 because they use LGPL. If smartstore change it than ist the breach away and that`s all, so is this in german law.

Does it mean that the NPL of NopCommerce isn`t valid? And if this not valid why should i pay to take "powered by nopCommerce" out. Can somebody help me to understand this?

because we don`t want to get in the quarrel between smartstore and nopcommerce, but we want to remain with ASP.NET and to apply nopcommerce.

For me is mostly interesting the „Trusted Shops“. Is that planned? If yes than when?

Okay, maybe he is from SmartStore but what is about his question? I really want to change to nop but only if nop does not violate license right.

This situation is very confusing on both sides.

I personally hope the guy goes under and ends up programming at at a big corporation.  He will learn to adhere to rules and play nice with others or be fired.  Some people just need to be in a controlled environment!

SmartStore has changed the terms and conditions for its other software SmartStore.biz.
many customers complain now about high additional fees.

But subsequently change of the terms and conditions in German not allowed.

I think SmartStore is a good example. How to ruin a company.

OK, I see, intellectually the NOP maker and the sympathizers of nopcommerce can`t answer easy questions. However, with the cursing or offending they are quite big. This shows which level has these Community.
Fuck off nopcommerce, Fuck off smartstore. We change to Magento.
