Install/upgrade fails in step 3 if security doesn't allow viewing master

Hi

our provider 1&1 just confirmed they no longer show database entries in the master catalog (new security policy); this means the install wizard inevitably fails (because it checks in the master if db exists).

This is just a comment to let people know about it, no help needed.

Also, maybe the nopCommerce team would want to consider using the actual db name in the script, rather than 'master', to check for existence.
