There's no Rusian language pack. But you're more than welcome to do it.

I beleave that you guys speak in russian Inside your community, so may be you have developing docs, diagrams(also about translating, skining e.t.c. may be couple of word ). If it is so than...can you send me docs by mail : [email protected](mail.ru) I can help with translating, but I don't understand where  system store messages, can you send me to such topic .
