how to change tabs" Product Review" / "Product Specification"

In many products we have seen that if we add product specification, we see a tab on the product page
The default order of this tab is
1st tab which is active by default is "Product Review"
2nd tab Product Specification is behind the 1st tab

I want to make Product Specification as 1 Default tab
and Product Review as 2nd tab, Please guide me how to do that in order to change the order


And one more things

Related products are shown before this tab: can i change the placed of these 2 ? i mean i can place these above mentioned tabs before the "RELATED PRODUCT" section
so that "RELATED PRODUCT" should be at the bottom and the above mentioned tabs should come before the "RELATED PRODUCT" area
Please guide me ...

i think the default is

templates  /  productvarientsingrid.ascx - if there are other .ascx files involved, you should be able to trace them from there
