Unable To Get To Admin - Receive 404?

I have just cloned the latest changeset for v3.30 on codeplex. I hit run and it started up and installed fine. However, if I try to go to

http://localhost:15536/admin or http://localhost:15536/admin/

I just get a 404 page not found? Have I missed something I am supposed to do, to get this project running?

How did you correct it?

I have the same problem: 404 on my webserver, no problem in local
Deleted and pushed again Nop.Admin.dll does not correct it
