can i connect real paypal business account on local host testing ?

i am in the testing process of nopcommerce project and connected with sandbox successfully and it's working fine
now what do you suggest ? after launching the website i should connect the real business paypal account or while testing it on the local host ?

Yes use live account otherwise you will never be sure its working correctly.  If you don't want to spend to much money just create a product for $1.

Use 0.10 if you find $1.00 too much to test a real live scenario.

Better for you to spend a dollar than a customer ordering and finding out they get an error.
