Turning on alerts for PMs

Greetings,

I was wondering if it would be possible to send out email alerts for when we receive PMs.  I had not been to nopCommerce for a few weeks and just discovered I had a PM for that length of time.  If it's possible, it would be nice.  If not, no worries.  Thanks.
