I'm trying to install nopCommerce using Microsoft WebMatrix 3, but it end with an error:
"Downloaded file failed signature verification and may have been tampered with"
I've noticed that this link which is the Direct Link is not working:

Please fix this.
Also I've tried Microsoft Web Platform Installer 5.0 but it's giving the same error.
