When does Sales report start new day?

I have my store set to the correct time zone, and while orders appear on the correct day and time in the sales system, in the sales report, orders from "Today" are reported after 5 pm local time previous day - 5pm today day?

Also when do "weeks" reset. My calculations seem to be 5pm Monday night local time.

It's a bug (database local time is used for this report)
