3.6 - Items showing full class path in admin (or not localized?)

Hope I worded that correctly -

Couple places in nopCommerce 3.60 (specifically the product attributes, which I was super excited to get into the predefined ones) where items are displaying like: admin.salesreport.incomplete.view and admin.catalog.productattributes.info --

In a few different spots - I've seen a fix for this issue with 3.5, but can't find it.  

Just need a little direction on where to look and what to change.  I can hunt down the instances and do the rest no problem.

Your installation missing some locales for some reasons. For example, "Admin.SalesReport.Incomplete.View" locale has been added in version 3.50.

Are you using some custom language pack?

No, I am not, Andrei.  I did go from 3.50 to 3.60

Wait - no, I didn't.

I could've screwed up with how I moved to nopCommerce 3.60.

I had a store on nop 3.50.  I copied a backup of the database.  From VS2013, I deployed nopCommerce 3.60 to a NEW directory on my server.  Ran the nopCommerce installation on the server - restored my backup and immediately ran the upgrade.sql.

I am getting following issue in my admin panel. please open the image you will know it. Instead of just Dashboard it is showing admin.dashboard.

How to fix this to get back normal admin panel.
