Hi guys.
We are having some problems dealing with return requests and shipments. The problem is, we can't send the product again without delete the existing shipment.
In our case, the customer is returning the product with malfunction and want a brand new one. So, if we delete the shipment, we can create another one.
Is there a way to create a new shipment in this case? We can delete the old shipment because we will lose all order history.
What are you doing about it?
