I did try searching the nopcommerce docs, and the forum.  I apologize if I was just unable to find the information I seek.  But here goes.

How does the Call for Price/Call for Pricing/Call for Quote feature actually work?  What I mean by that is, if on a product that is selected; how does the customer place an order for that via the website?  Or can they?  So say I offer custom paint jobs on a particular widget, and I have enabled Call for Price/Call for Pricing/Call for Quote... so the potential customer contacts me... and I say... yeah I can paint it for $175.00.  Um... how does the order process move forward from there?
