Installation problem

Application works at local computer.
After web deploy to hosting (with ASP 4.6.1) I've received the nest error (please help with the next step):

It appears that the Yandex plugin is having the problem.
That file it references is not included in the nopCommerce core, so I am assuming that the Yandex plugin has a dependency on it and it is actually bundled with that plugin. Or maybe that plugin should have installed the Microsoft.Data.Edm file to the nopC  /bin folder, but the folder permissions were not correct when you uploaded it and so the file was not created?  Check your plugin for this file and if it exists, copy it from the local site into the same place on your web server.
