"'Tailor made" products

Is there a possibility to provide "Tailor made" products for some users?

Please give more detail of what you want.

"Tailor made"...is a very generic term.

Do you want to allow customers to customize their products based on a particular set of choices that you give them?
Do you want them to be able to specify custom text to appear on their garment?
Do you want to allow them to upload a photo of something and you will put this photo onto the product they buy?

Please explain in more detail.

I need to show some products not to everybody but to some category of users.
