Hi!
Install ssl certificate
all settings are included
Photos are also loaded via HTTP

and it is impossible to login

You have to enable the SSL from below link

Configuration -> setting -> genral setting -> Force SSL for all site pages  
Configuration -> store -> SSL enabled

If doen't work then restart you application through admin panel

Hi i am using latest nopcommerce and i am facing this same issue now, I think certificate is not installed properly that's why lock or secure site heading is not showing on browser it's showing red line on secure
