Issues with cart

We're getting calls from customers saying that the items people are adding to their cart are not showing when proceeding to checkout. Customers say they then get an email saying that they left items in their cart.

I'm seeing that some items that I've removed show in cart but a refresh shows them again. So here are steps to recreate: https://accessories.lazydays.com add items to the cart... go to check out, remove an item, go to add another (different product) and navigate to the cart again... you will see the removed item showing and not the last one you added without a refresh.

Is this a problem with the session state? How do I trouble shoot a fix for this?

You might need a machine key.

I have reverted some changes we made to the config, and it appears to have resolved this issue.
