Thought I'd already asked this question, but perhaps not.
I noticed when at the checkout page, using Paypal Express Checkout on v3.90 allows me to continue without the need to actually tick the box to confirm terms and conditions. I do however need to check it if using another method like purchase order for example. Can anyone advise.
