Recurring Payment problem with a discount on original order.

Nopcommerce 3.8 Okay add a recurring payment to cart and add a discount to it.  It will go through fine.

However when the new recurring payment is sent though the discount is not listed in the order but it is subtracted from the order total.  

So when you look at the order it looks very odd (see images in link below).

It's entirely possible that we missed something or missed the bug already listed.  If so I apologize.
