Can't Edit Source Code

I have download nopCommerce_1.11 and edit by Visual studio Microsoft Visual Studio  Professional 2008 but files are read only and it can't save because error message "cannot be saved because it is write protected"

It happened to me too. If you are planning to edit the files, you can just overwrite it. Then, the file will not be locked again.

Just right-click the folder where all the files are and uncheck read only, include all subdirectories...
