Vendors page (yourstore.com/vendor/all) redirect to the homepage (yourstore.com)

Hi,

Can any one support me with the below issue:

1- I installed NOP 3.9
2- Created 10 vendors
3- assigne products to each vendors

Now when I want to go to all vendors page (yourstore.com/vendor/all) it redirect me to the homepage (yourstore.com)
