Plugin Installation Paypal Express Payment Plugin

Hi,

I understand there was a recent post about Installing a plugin, but it did not answer my question.  I have tried installing the Paypal Express Payment Plugin.

When I login as an administrator and go to plugins, the Paypal Express Payment Plugin is not there and I click the Reload plugins button and Visual Studio kicks me out.

Please help.

Installing a plugin requires NOP to restart.  If you are running it through Visual Studio it will stop and you just have to restart it manually.  It is a little disconcerting the first time it happens.

Thanks for your feedback, but I have restarted Visual Studio many times and I am still not able to see the Paypal Express Payment Plugin.
