Real Estate store

I'm making Real Estate website using nopcommerce, so in my account there is 2 tabs for:
1. downloable products.
2. back in stock.

and I want to remove them as they are making no sense for a real estate store.
so how can I remove them using the adminstration page without source code.

No, that's not what I'm looking for.

I want to remove the back in stock and downloable tabs not tags
