Special Price for Product in Nopcoomerce 4.0 version

Can one tell me please where we have to set the Special Price for Product for specified dates in Nopcommerce 4.0 version.

Since 3.90 there is no Special Price. It was moved to Tier Price.

How to show Special price and product price separately as it used to be on older versions. so it can be shown as a special offer
