I just tried it from the demo and it's working fine

Try  it again; they may have just been down temporarily.

I manage 2 nopcommerce websites, on one it works correctly and the other (jvl.co.uk) it doesnt.
It used to work properly. I dont know what happened and why its not working now. :/
