Error Message When Uploading Favicon

I know this is minor but when I hit SAVE to upload the favicon.ico, I receive this error message:

Access to the path 'D:\Hosting\6413152\html\favicon.ico' is denied.

Why?

Permissions issue looks like.

Is D your local drive?

       how you correctly installed the favicon because its says: Access to the path 'D:\Hosting\4736632\html\favicon.ico' is denied. ? Thanx for answers.
