Search with foreign characters crushes the website

Hi,
My customer has a Swedish 4.00 furniture site installed. When we do a search that includes Swedish characters (åäö) the whole site crashes with WSOD (The "We're sorry, an internal error occurred.").

You can try it at http://walfrid-001-site1.htempurl.com/ Try searching for "säng" or anything with those characters.

Quick search does return products with Swedish characters in names, so it only happens when you press enter or search button. Kinda weird one.

Anyone knows where the problem is?

Did you check logs from admin...?

Are you sure this the only reason?

It might be another thing that crashes your site.

I would recommend you to check logs.

This is bug for nopcommerce 4.0.

Yes that one solved in 4.10 version.

I tried in 4.0 but no luck because some of the reference i found that depend on dot net core sdk.

But in 4.0 target framework is dot net framework.

If you found solution in 4.0 please post here.
