Need to have some development design work done

Hi,

I am looking for someone to modiy nopcommerce 1.7 to do the following.

1.  New logo and theme (DESIGN WORK)
2.  Default page navigation with hyper links image maps for rotating images to different categories.
3.  Enable wholesale registration for customers separately. We need to add additional fields such as the Federal tax id and the description of their business.
4.  Approval for wholesale signups for wholesale customer only through admin panel.
5.  Retail customers go through the normal process.
6.  After logging in wholesale customers should only see category and products they can buy at their price level.  So modification needs to be made at product level. By default all customers types should be able to see all products which is the current functionality.
7.   After wholesale login the customers should be able to download price list in pdf format.
8.  Move exisiting content from our current website to the new nopcommerce site. There are total of 25 statice pages. Will provide the URL after selecting the right candidate.
9.  Need a candidate with a phone number or face to face interaction via skype or other communication tool.
