Receiving Inventory

This seems like a straight forward feature. Has anyone been able to "receive" product into inventory? Nop does a great many things, including the ability to "sell" or take items FROM inventory. Am I missing something or is there no way to "Receive" product into inventory?

In other words I have a stock quantity of 100 for item "X". Today I sold 10 of item "X" but also received a manufacturer shipment of another 50 of item X. My inventory is now 140 of item X. Am I to manually adjust my quantity to 140 or is there a way to "receive" the 50 new item X?

How do you keep an accurate inventory count? Anyone?

Yes this is something you have to manually.

We have automated this process for a few clients. The simplest implementation was the publishing of a stock level feed from another system that we periodically imported using the task framework.
