Country restrictions of shipping method.

When I saved US as the country restriction of my ground shipping on the "Select Shipping Method" Page of my website it shows: Shipping options could not be loaded.

What is the problem? Do I need to wait for a while?

Would anyone help? It's kinda urgent cause the website is in use.
