Campaign Test email not send immediately

Hi
If you create a new campaign and set date and time for 'Planned date of sending' all emails are sent at this time.
This also includes the test email.
One would expect that the function 'send test email' would sends the test email immediately.
But if you check the message queue, you can see that the 'Planned date of sending' is the date/time you set for 'Planned date of sending' in the campaign.
