picture quality

hey,
when im uploading a picture of product
The quality is changing automatic
what is the problem ?

Hi,

In Configuration -> Settings -> Media Settings there is a "Default image quality (0 - 100)" setting which affects the quality of the uploaded images.

Was it always set to 100?

The description of the setting says: "Once changed, you have to manually delete the already generated thumbs".
So if you generated some pictures at lower settings and then increased the setting to the max, that images will not change automatically.
You can make some tests with new pictures. You can probably test different values too (e.g. 80) and see if there is any difference between that and the maximum value.
