Add New Cross product not showing any where in cart

I add up new cross cell product using it suppose to be show on ad to cart screen but its not showing any where.

By default, the Cross-Sell products are shown at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page under the proceed to checkout button.

If you are using a custom theme please try to switch to the default nopCommerce theme and check if the cross-sell products are showing.

I tried to switch to default theme its even not working with that.

Do you have idea what could be the reason.

The Cross-Sell products are pretty simple. If you haven't made any custom modifications to the nopCommerce source code it should be a configuration issue.

Here is the nopCommerce documentation about the cross-sells. It might help you resolve the problem.
