site suddenly broke?

Hi,

My nopcommerce was running just fine and now suddenly links like:  

http://shop.domain.com/producten/108-product-name.aspx stop

stopped working.

http://shop.domain.com/products/108-product-name.aspx does work...

What might cause this?
