Can only 1 Product Comparison and Can not Remove Product Being Compared

Hello I am using nopCommerce version 3.90 and recently facing problem with product comparison.

Our QA site is at https://qa.skilloka.com (same setting as the live)

When someone press the compare button, it should be added to the product comparison right, Yes it happens but may only 1 product added. I checked on the all settings | catalogsettings.compareproductsnumber  is already 4 (default). catalogsettings.compareproductsenabled is True. When someone press the compare button at other product, it wouldn't be added.

The second problem is the product being compared can not be removed. The remove button is there, but it just stuck cannot be pressed.

Anyone can help me?

I can add 4 products. Also I can remove them. Try to clear cache or check in browser incognito mode.

Just curious, event in incognito mode (Chrome) it doesn't work.

Confirmed, after clearing cache (Chrome), event restarted the chrome still the comparison doesn't work.. But in mozilla and IE it works..
