How to set up "keep Alive" with Arvixe?

How do I set up the NopCommerce 1.90 "keep Alive" on the Arvixe server?

Go to your hosting admin panel, there is an icon for scheduled tasks.
Inside choose check website availability.
In url write http://yoursite.com/keepalive/ping.ashx
Schedule the time when you want it (set it for about every 20 minutes)

how did you get it to check every 20 mins ?
I could only find daily, weekly, monthly or once ???
did I miss something ??

Doesn't appear to be working for me as I still get about a 15 second load time on first access after 20 minutes.

There are entries for:Access Username and Access Password.

Are these required and if so, are they just the Arvixe account credentials?
