Any hosts offer one-click install for nopCommerce 1.9?

Just like the subject line says, I'm wondering if anyone like Arvixe or anyone else offers 1.9 as part of their hosting package.  I'm with softsys hosting now and they have 1.6 which is working great but my client wants the "latest greatest".  Thanks.

nopCommerce installation is pretty straight and simple. The auto installation always can't catch up with the new version.

Why not just use arvixe hosted nopcommerce here ?

What version of NopCommerce are they offering?
