I am focusing on a nopCommerce site that sells software. While I see that nop has Forums and Blog features, I was wondering if anyone had any examples of problem ticket tracking and even a section for online Help documentation? For example, if someone clicks "Help" in my software, they could be redirected to an online documentation repository, possibly for a specific version of an application and topic?

Thanks for your thoughts on this.

Also, if you know of any existing good open source providers for this that would be helpful as well.
