Assembly not loading

Plugin 'Help Desk'. Could not load file or assembly 'EGP.Trading.Data, Version=4.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. The system cannot find the file specified.

If this error comes due to this plugin then create ticket on their(plugin vendor) website so they can assist you.
