Install Payment Module without rebuild all the solution

Hi,
does anyone knows if it possible write a payment module that don't requires to rebuild all the solution   to be installed?

Is there any post about ?... i'm searching since a week but i can't find anythig :(

No, currently it's not possible. But nopCommerce 2.00 will allow you to install new modules by simple copying appropriate assembly to \Plugins\ directory.
