discount on single product

Hi all
is it possible to set a discount on every single product and not on the total of a purchase?
has someone already tried it?

But is possibile to set discount to SKU but only for a fixed total of the order?

Example:
Product1 - Original price: 50 - Discount price 25
Product2 - Original price: 20 - Discount price 10
Product3 - Original price: 30 - Discount price 15
Product4 - Price: 30
Product5 - Original price 30 - Discount price 15

It the max discount is 50 if a customer buy product1, product2, product3, product4 and product5 must pay (25+10+15+15-50)+30=45
