Tracking Number Token

When added to an automated email confirmation, can the tracking token (%Order.TrackingNumber%) automatically provide the UPS Tracking # if a customer is recieving their shipment via UPS?

They dont tend to answer questions like this. I asked a similar question and was pretty much ignored.
I noticed if you only ask techy questions about features that SHOULD be in the product, they dont answer.
