Speed of Cart

I am having an issue with the speed of my website coming up.  When the domain name is typed in the address bar and enter is pushed, it takes a lot of time to come up.  I am talking 1 minute or more.  

Has anyone come across this as well?  Is there a fix for it?  Or is it my server that I have it on?

I suggest you try install nopcom on your local, if it's working fine without any page loading slow, you may check with your hosting company.
