Order total misscalculated - nopcommerce 4.60.3 (order total is not calculated correct when currency > Rounding type is not set to default)

As you can see in the picture the calculation is not correct.

In this example, the subtotal is 170 with a 5% discount which is 8.5 and rounded up to 9

170 - 9 = 161 + 20 shipping should be 181 but the total is 182

If I set shoppingcartsettings.roundpricesduringcalculation to false and the currency Rounding type to round up 1.01 - 1.99 to 2 the the calculation is correct but other rounding still not working correctly

Try:
disable the following setting: Catalog settings → Ignore "limit per store" rules (sitewide).
