The site has crashed.

Hello, I have a website error.
I have installed the post delivery service plugin. And the site crashed. I have tweaked the supported version in the plugin so that it can be installed. 4.40.4 was working for me, and the plugin was for the 4.30 version of the site.
But now I have deleted the plugin files from the site, from the plugin folder and also from the BIN folder.
What should I do?

(After you remove the plugins folder, then restarting the site should fix the issue)
