Problem with Mailchimp Synchronization plugin

Hi, we are using from november 2023 the plugin https://www.nopcommerce.com/it/mailchimp-synchronization-plugin
We connected it with Mailchimp API.
Since then it has successfully imported the contacts into Mailchimp, but it seems not to be connected for the e-commerce part.
When I try to create an automation in Mailchimp I see the message: "connect your site". But Nop-commerce does not appear among the list of those presents.
How can I connect Mailchimp with all the e-commerce orders and abandoned carts?

I've not used the MailChimp plugin, so not exactly sure how it works, but a quick glance at the source code shows me they are handling events like Order Inserted.

You may need to set up MailChimp "classic automation" - e.g.,

Also, on the plugin configuration page, be sure you have "Pass E-Commerce data" selected.

In the Mailchimp guide they say in the section "Before to start":
1) Classic automations are only available to accounts that have previously created a classic automation. ---> Ok I did it.
2) This classic automation will only work for users who have e-commerce data in their account from a connected store, or custom API 3.0 integrations. --> Nop-commerce isn't in the list of connected stores, but I think that this plugin has API 3.0.
How can I make sure that the integration is working properly?
Mailchimp doesn't see my store connection...
